am i to young im 112 pounds and im 13 %26amp; i have sorta dark skin...so am i to young...?

Well your the same as me... I'm 14 and I want one too. But I guess we're too young for a tattoo.

Reply:For what? Weight really has nothing to do with a tattoo as far as being too young. But yes, you are. You are still growing physically, emotionally and mentally. Wait it out to decide when you are older and ready to do something which is for life. General maturity is a key I think.
Reply:Too young for what? Too young for a tattoo? If you're talking about a tattoo I would say yeah... Not many tattoo artists will tattoo a 13 year old. I would wait until you're a little older...
