I am working on loosing a lot of weight and was wondering if there is a right combination of diet and exercises that would prevent this from happening. I am 30 and haven't had kids yet so I figure my skin is still young enough to go back naturally. Will toning prevent it? Any advice would be helpful

it is actully quite common. in fact most people when they lose alot of weight have some extra skin.
Reply:depending on how much you weigh how much you need to lose and whether you are weight training or not
