Does sleeping well improve you skin and slows aging?

I do notice that when I dont sleep as much or when I'm really tired my face gets a bit droopier...if I get more sleep, can that improve my my skin over all? Also..since college started I've only been sleeping maybe 5 hrs a night and working about 15 hrs a day on school work and my job...I noticed that I aged a bit (I still look young but my skin doesn't seem to have the same vitality that it had when I first came in)...does sleep have something to do with that?

I hear it is supposed to help. I know my skin looks sooo much better after a good nights sleep.

If I dont get enough sleep my skin just looks BLAH.
Reply:It's called beauty sleep for a reason! When you get as much sleep as you need (7-8 hours) you'll look and feel more refreshed. Drinking lots of water is important for your skin too. Make sure you moisturize too.
Reply:yeah good sleeping habits makes your skin look nicer and healthier
Reply:definately

college really does that to u

and if u cant get enough sleep i think u should start to use cream to prevent early wrinkles....

i just started college too, and the same thing is happening to me anocher problem is that i kind of have insomnia =0(

i was starting to get wrinkles but now im using a moisturizing hidrating cream and it has helped me a lot!! i totally recommend it!!

u dont want to be young and all wrinkled right?

plz do it!!! cuz if u dont but the time ur done with college u'll look older than u are =0(... and that sux!!!
Reply:I believe sleep is a MAJOR factor. You haven't aged you're just tired. REST, REST, REST and you'll be back to your old self in no time. Hang in there. It WILL be worth it in the end.
Reply:my mom went to beauty school

My mom is 53 %26amp; everyone thinks she's 30
